How the Forever Justice Alliance℠ Referral Process Works
Join the Alliance . . . Simple as 1, 2, 3
Step 1: Sign an FJA Co-Counsel Agreement
After you submit a request to join FJA, we provide a simple co-counsel agreement that establishes the referral relationship and fee splits. This is a one-time document that covers all future referrals.
Step 2: Receive Custom Client Forms and Marketing Materials
We’ll provide you with customized client intake forms and marketing materials with your firm’s information included, so you can easily identify potential PFAS clients and direct them through the proper intake process.
Step 3: Sign Up Clients and Submit
Sign up clients to the joint representation and then submit them easily through our online intake forms. We work up the case and keep you informed.
