Submit FLOWW Inquiry

Submit Your Farmer, Landowner, or Well Owner Inquiry

If you are a Mississippi farmer, rancher, private well owner, or landowner concerned about PFAS contamination of your water or soil, the Forever Justice Alliance℠ can help.

What Happens When You Submit an Inquiry

  1. Our team reviews your responses to the screening questions.
  2. If you meet the initial criteria, we’ll send you a client agreement to sign.
  3. After you sign and return the client agreement, we begin investigation and workup of your potential claim.

Once hired, our investigation will consider publicly available data about your area, including known PFAS contamination sites within range of your property. A member of our team may follow up with you to request additional background information or have a direct conversation about your situation. We may perform water or soil testing and perform other investigation, as needed.  Based on these investigations, we will explore your legal options.

What It Costs
