Submit Your Water System Inquiry

Submit Your Water System Inquiry

The Forever Justice Alliance℠ works with Mississippi water systems facing PFAS contamination — or the threat of it — to assess legal options and pursue accountability against the polluters responsible.

What Happens When You Submit an Inquiry

After you submit the inquiry form, a member of our team will followup with you to answer any questions and coordinate signing a contingency fee Legal Services Agreement that authorizes the attorneys to represent your water system.

For many rural water systems organized as non-profit associations or LLCs, an administrator, manager, or president of the water system often has vested authority to make such decisions and sign the agreement.

For municipal-owned or incorporated water systems with a formal board of directors, the board will need to approve the Legal Services Agreement on its minutes and authorize the mayor, manager, or other appropriate administrator to sign the agreement.

Once the attorneys are engaged to represent the water system, our team reviews publicly available data about your water system including watershed boundaries, migration paths of surface water and underground aquifer water, testing results, contamination sources, and identities of potential defendants.  Based on these investigations, we will explore all potential legal options for your water system.

What It Costs

Nothing upfront. The Forever Justice Alliance℠ works on a contingency fee basis. We front all litigation expenses. Your water system pays only from a recovery — never from operating budget or ratepayer dollars.

Your Inquiry is Confidential

Information submitted through this form is treated as confidential and is reviewed only by Forever Justice Alliance℠ attorneys and authorized team members.

We typically respond within 1–3 business days.
