A Mississippi Coalition Built for the PFAS Crisis
The Forever Justice Alliance℠ is a Mississippi-based coalition of attorneys, public health experts, and strategic experts working together to respond to the growing threat of PFAS contamination — the so-called “forever chemicals.”
Why FJA Exists
PFAS contamination is the next major environmental and legal crisis facing American communities. It is presumed that nearly every water system in Mississippi may have some level of contamination or threat of contamination.
The costs of inaction — financial, political, and public health — are rising. Yet most towns, families, and farms don’t know where to start.
That’s why the Forever Justice Alliance℠ exists.
Leadership
The Forever Justice Alliance℠ was founded and is led by Brad Morris, a respected litigator and public policy advisor based in Oxford and Tupelo, Mississippi. Brad has spent several years investigating and developing the litigation strategy, science, and infrastructure to pursue PFAS claims.
How FJA Is Structured
The Forever Justice Alliance℠ operates as a coalition with three primary components:
Litigation Engine
Brad Morris Law Firm, PLLC serves as the lead litigation firm of the Forever Justice Alliance℠. BMLF provides centralized legal work-up, investigation, expert coordination, and data file management.
Referral Network
The Alliance includes a growing network of Mississippi attorneys who refer PFAS clients to the Alliance for joint representation. Member firms maintain their client relationships and earn a meaningful share of attorney fees.
Affiliated Experts
The Alliance attorneys work with public health experts, environmental scientists, hydrogeologists, medical experts, and strategic communications consultants to provide a comprehensive response to PFAS contamination on behalf of their clients.
Mississippi Focus, Statewide Scale
The Forever Justice Alliance℠ is built for Mississippi. Local leadership, statewide scale — a network of local attorneys with boots on the ground, not a national firm with no connection to our local communities.
