Farmers, Landowners, and Private Water Well Owners
PFAS claims for Mississippi rural water consumers, farmers, and landowners.
The Forever Chemicals Contaminating Our Water
“Forever Chemicals,” also known as PFAS, PFOA, and related compounds, are man-made substances that persist in the environment and the human body for decades. These long-lasting chemicals have been linked to serious environmental and health risks.
Who We Represent
The Forever Justice Alliance℠ represents the following Mississippi clients who may have viable claims for contamination — or threat of contamination — of their water or soil from forever chemicals.
Farmers and Ranchers
All types: row crops, livestock, and others. Potential claims related to:
- PFAS in surface or well water used to irrigate crops or hydrate livestock
- PFAS in sewage sludge or biosolids used as fertilizer
Private Well Owners
Individual homes or businesses with private water wells. If your well water has tested positive for PFAS — or if your well is located near a known or suspected PFAS source — you may have a viable claim.
Landowners
Property within 2 miles of known PFAS contamination. PFAS in soil and groundwater affects property values, agricultural use, and resale potential.
Transient Non-Community Water Systems (TNCWSs)
Truck stops, rest stops, parks, campgrounds, hotels, restaurants, and other facilities with their own water supplies where people are present for short periods of time.
Non-Transient Non-Community Water Systems (NTNCWSs)
Schools, factories, office buildings, mobile home parks, and other places with a water system that regularly supplies water to at least 25 of the same people at least six months per year.
How It Works
The attorneys with the Forever Justice Alliance℠ work on a contingency fee basis — you pay nothing unless we get a recovery for you. We handle every step of the process, from investigation to litigation, with no upfront costs.
We work with:
- Hydrogeologic experts to trace contamination to its source
- Agricultural scientists to assess crop and livestock impacts
- Property valuation experts to document damages
- Medical experts (when health impacts are also at issue)
Mississippi Focus
We are a Mississippi-based coalition. We know our state’s farms, our rural communities, and our courts. We are not a national firm. We are a network of local attorneys with boots on the ground.
